Inspiring Words for People Affected By Congenital Heart Conditions

When you or someone in your family is dealing with a congenital heart condition, it can be hard to stay positive. But keeping your spirits up is important—and beneficial as well.

Not only are optimists better able to cope with stress according to a July 2013 study in Health Psychology, they also tend to have stronger immune systems, a March 2010 study by the Association for Psychological Science found.

With that in mind, here are some words of inspiration for people affected by congenital heart conditions.
