Facing Tough Times: Words Of Wisdom From Adults With CHD (Part 2)

Written by:

I recently shared some words of wisdom in part 1 of this 2-part post from adults who had congenital heart defects (CHD) as children. Since there were so many wonderful responses, I decided to write two posts.

The first contained quotes about seizing the day and loving life. This second one is advice about medical issues and staying healthy.

As your heart kid grows and starts to become more responsible for her own healthcare, I encourage you to share these pieces of advice with her.

Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
